• Help$\rightarrow$ Software Updates$\rightarrow$ Find and Install

• Choose for: Search for new features to install

• Add a new remote site with the url:
  http://agvsimulation.sourceforge.net/updatesite/

• Select only the new remote site and press Finish

• ...The remainder of the wizard is trivial...
